Equal parts of all ingredients make this the perfect cube cocktail for GG.

Reserve a vintage champagne coupe or large sherry glass in the freezer.

Pour all the ingredients over ice in a shaker:

25ml Geometric Gin

25ml of Symmetry Spice Tonic

25ml of white Vermouth

25ml of fresh lime juice.

Shake vigorously and pour into the frozen glass.

Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds and a lime zest.
